Verve Has Entered an Agreement To Acquire Jun Group, Joining Forces To Make Media Better for Everyone

Verve has entered an agreement to acquire Jun Group, a significant milestone in our company’s history that brings new opportunities to advertisers and publishers.

Verve, a leading ad solutions suite for emerging channels, announced that it’s entered an agreement to acquire Jun Group for approximately $185 million, joining together to advance our mutual commitment to making media better for everyone. The transaction is expected to close in the third quarter, subject to regulatory and other approvals.

This agreement marks a significant milestone in Jun Group’s history. Since our founding, we’ve committed to bringing honesty and transparency to digital advertising. Our journey has been guided by our future facing technologies, such as zero-party data, AI optimization engine Vera, and engaging ad formats. Earlier this year, we launched our new brand identity, further evolving our mission to cultivate trust through intelligent ad technology.

By combining our businesses, our expanded portfolio will provide brands, agencies, and publishers with easier access to premium inventory, engaging ad experiences, and privacy-focused media. They will benefit from Verve’s industry-leading scale in mobile and CTV, coupled with Jun Group’s premium mobile inventory and white-glove media services.

Additionally, Verve’s customers will gain greater access to brand media across its robust supply footprint. Together, we will continue to expand into other emerging technologies, such as digital audio, and more.
