Jun Group was founded in New York City in 2008. In 2012, we launched our Software Development Kit (SDK) and became the first company to bring Fortune 500 brand advertising into mobile apps at scale.
By 2017, we were first to market with zero-party data for targeting digital ad campaigns. A year later, we launched our our shopper and influencer marketing businesses.

We’ve never stopped pioneering digital advertising products. Over the years we’ve made tremendous advancements in AI, omnichannel media, and content discovery, backed by sustained organic growth and profitability.
The next major milestone came in 2024, when we were acquired by Verve — a global programmatic leader who shares our vision for a more transparent and trusted ecosystem. Now, we’re scaling fearlessly and we want you to join us on the journey.
