This Cookie Statement explains how Jun Group Productions, LLC and its HyprMX Mobile LLC subsidiary (collectively “Jun Group”, “we”, “us“, and “ours“) use cookies and similar technologies to recognize you when you visit our websites at www.jungroup.com and www.hyprmx.com (“Websites“) and when you use the applications and websites (“Properties“) of our third party partners. What are cookies?

What about other tracking technologies, like device advertising identifiers and tracking pixels?

To explain these technologies:
- Advertising identifiers are a series of random numbers and/or letters that are unique to your mobile device, and which enable it to be tracked as it visits websites or uses applications for targeted advertising purposes. Advertising identifiers do not contain any information that actually identifies you (such as your name or your e-mail address). They are set by your device’s mobile operating system, and the major mobile operating systems (e.g., Apple iOS and Google Android) allow you to opt out of interest-based advertising – please see your mobile device’s settings menu for more information. For instructions on how to opt out of interest-based advertising, see the Interest-Based Advertising Section of our privacy policy. Opting out of interest-based advertising on your mobile device will mean that Jun Group will not use your device’s advertising identifier for behavioral targeting purposes and so will no longer deliver ads based on data you have not voluntarily provided.
- Tracking pixels are tiny graphics files are associated with a unique identifier that enable us to recognize when someone has visited our Websites. This allows us, for example, to monitor the traffic patterns of users within our Websites and to understand whether you have come to our Websites from an online advertisement displayed on a third-party website. In many instances, tracking pixels will also enable cookies to be served in order to allow more detailed tracking of website visitors’ behavior, including potentially for advertising purposes. However, declining cookies by following the instructions below will prevent this more detailed tracking.
- E-mail tracking occurs when we place tracking pixels within e-mails that we send to you in order to measure the success of our e-mail marketing campaigns. These tracking pixels enable us to determine whether our e-mails have been opened by their recipients. Most e-mail programs will offer you the ability to prevent images from loading within e-mails, and if you choose to do this, it will prevent our e-mail tracking pixels from being delivered to your device.
- Application local storage refers to when an application other than a web browser uses a small amount of your device’s storage to set and retrieve cookies in a similar manner and for the same purposes as your web browser does as described above under “What are cookies?”
Why do we use cookies and similar technologies?
We use first party and third party cookies for several reasons. Some cookies are required for technical reasons in order for our Websites to operate or to provide our services through our Properties, and we refer to these as “essential” or “strictly necessary” cookies. Other cookies also enable us to track and target the interests of our users to enhance the experience on our Websites or our Properties. Third parties may also serve cookies through our Websites for advertising, analytics and other purposes. This is described in more detail below.

Do you serve enable targeted advertising through your Website?
