What’s your background? Tell me your story.
I grew up in New Jersey and attended Rutgers University Business School. I graduated with a double major in Marketing and Supply Chain Management. My passion for digital marketing led me to Jun Group. I am excited to join the team and make the move to NYC!
Explain your job to a first grader.
I help manage campaigns for our clients here at Jun Group. I make sure their advertisements achieve the best results.
How do you do your job differently?
I focus on prioritizing collaboration and strategic thinking when assigned a new project. I seek to create value through innovation, while utilizing each team member’s strengths to improve end results.
What are you most passionate about?
One of my favorite hobbies is cooking and testing out new recipes! I love finding food videos on TikTok and trying to recreate them for my friends and family to enjoy. I am also passionate about traveling; I hope to explore new countries and cultures again soon!
Erica Lytle, Staff Accountant

What’s your background? Tell me your story.
Originally from a small town in Northwest Ohio, I graduated from Ohio State University with my Finance degree and have lived in Columbus ever since! I previously worked in corporate accounting before taking some time off with my 3 young kids. I’m looking forward to growing with Jun Group and learning all about the ad industry!
Explain your job to a first grader.
I calculate numbers on a worksheet to help keep track of money. I make sure we get paid for the work we do, while also paying the people who provide services for us.
How do you do your job differently?
I try to push myself out of the comfort zone of what I understand, to grow my knowledge and find improvements in daily processes. I like asking the questions that give me the “why” behind what I am learning.
What are you most passionate about?
I love running! It’s a great outlet to get outdoors and clear my head. Aside from running, I love watching my kids in their various activities, reading when I can, attending concerts and traveling with my husband!
Elvisa Sehic, Influencer Marketing Manager

What’s your background? Tell me your story.
I am originally from Bosnia and came to the U.S when I was 7 years old. Sacramento was home during my childhood years and where my curiosity for the beauty industry began. I spent several years as an artist before relocating to San Francisco for an opportunity with Sephora Headquarters. My career goals of having my own business led me to Los Angeles two years ago where I stumbled into the Influencer Marketing world and instantly fell in love.
Explain your job to a first grader.
I get to connect creative influencers with brands to promote their products on social media!
How do you do your job differently?
I have an eagerness to learn and don’t shy away from asking clarifying questions, especially when it’s something that I find incredibly challenging. I’m a creative at heart and find that this can be advantageous to clients when sourcing the best talent and communicating the brand’s vision for their campaigns!
What are you most passionate about?
A well made chai latte in the morning, spontaneous weekend getaways, meeting new people, and personal growth to name a few!
