Nicole Avramenko, Account Coordinator

What’s your background? Tell me your story.
I grew up in New Jersey and attended the University of Delaware where I graduated from this past May with a degree in Marketing. While at UD, I had the opportunity to complete a 2 year internship running marketing campaigns in the health industry. I was also able to partner with multiple companies across industries such as fashion, music, and tech, to advertise their brands to students which really inspired my passion for this field.
Explain your job to a first grader.
I use numbers to make sure ads are running and performing smoothly.
How do you do your job differently?
I am always trying to learn new things, challenge myself and improve my skill set! I like to look at every day as a new opportunity to work towards my goals and grow both personally and professionally.
What are you most passionate about?
My biggest passion in life is traveling! Because my family is originally from Europe, I spent a lot of my childhood traveling to visit extended family overseas. I also had the chance to study abroad for a semester in Spain, where I got to explore many different countries. I think travel is a great way to gain a fresh perspective on the world!
Stacy Gerchick, Account Coordinator

What’s your background? Tell me your story.
I grew up in Rye Brook, NY, which is about a 45 minute drive from the city. I just graduated this past May from the University of Pennsylvania with a degree in Cognitive Science and minors in Linguistics and Consumer Psychology. I love learning about how psychology influences marketing and advertising strategies, and I’ve already gained so much insight into how we use psychographic data and Schema targeting at Jun Group. In my free time I enjoy cooking, traveling, and spending time with my friends and family.
Explain your job to a first grader.
I prepare reports and presentations so our clients can see how well their ads are performing. I also help my team members keep track of the progress they’re making on their goals.
How do you do your job differently?
I’m always up for a challenge. I would consider myself someone who is both creative and analytical, and I try to play to my strengths when I solve problems by looking for outside-the-box solutions.
What are you most passionate about?
Trying new things! I love exploring new places, trying new foods, and meeting new people. I studied abroad in Edinburgh in the fall of 2019 and made so many amazing memories traveling throughout Europe for the first time. I can’t wait until I have the opportunity to travel abroad again.
Eddy Clothier, Associate Director of QA

What’s your background? Tell me your story.
I have worn many hats in my QA career. I was the “Pre-check Guy” at a SaaS company before I even understood QA as its own department in the IT space. After that, I became a contractor, doing project-based work for an energy company, doing QA Automation for a major financial institution, and finally acting as a manager for blended teams for a company in the Wellness space. I spent the last few years being an individual contributor for a company in the Healthcare space working with provider-to-member communication and healthcare incentives.
Explain your job to a first grader.
My job is to make sure things work like they should. If I was going to QA your Transformer action figure, I would make sure that you could change them from a car to a bot and back again, that they came with all of the accessories, that they were the right color.
How do you do your job differently?
I try to approach my work from understanding all of the parties that use the product or service. Having the POV from different parties allows me to focus on the needs and performance as a whole suite, rather than a collection of disparate pieces.
What are you most passionate about?
The outdoors. My time away from work is consistently spent in the woods, on the water, or under the stars.
