Jonathan Kim- Ad Ops Coordinator
What’s your background? Tell me your story.
I was born and raised in Los Angeles, California and graduated from UCSB last year with a B.A. in Global Studies. I’ve always been interested in creative endeavors and technology since I was little and was able to pursue both while I was in college by being a videographer/photographer for school clubs and working part time at Fortune 500 tech companies. I’ve always wanted to work on the East Coast and now I get to while still living on the West Coast.
Explain your job to a first grader.
I build ads for many customers and follow them to make sure they hit their goals. I also fix broken ads.
How do you do your job differently?
I tackle problems from a holistic perspective so that I can find and create solutions that resolve more than one issue. Two problems, one solution.
What are you most passionate about?
I’m pretty passionate about learning new tech. It’s quite odd but I really like going through YouTube to watch the latest reviews on tech I most likely won’t buy or use just because it fascinates me. I also enjoy hobbies like building custom mechanical keyboards, DIY PC builds, and photography.
Lily Allen- Influencer Marketing Manager
What’s your background? Tell me your story.
I was born and raised in Connecticut before moving to the midwest to study International Relations and Communications at Northwestern University. Since then, I’ve been based in Brooklyn. I started out in Film and TV production then transitioned into managing influencer campaigns and content creation for brands such as United Airlines, Expedia, Marriott and various tourism boards at a travel media agency. I enjoyed that area of advertising so much, I decided to join Jun Group’s influencer team!
Explain your job to a first grader.
My job is to find talented content creators for social media campaigns. I’m responsible for building relationships with these content creators and making sure they create quality content for our clients.
How do you do your job differently?
I care about the relationships our team forms with each influencer and aim to foster those relationships so that they’re partners we can continue to reach out to and depend on for amazing work.
What are you most passionate about?
Spending time with family (especially after the year we’ve had in 2020), getting outdoors and pushing myself out of my comfort zone through travel.
Shannon Park- Sales development representative
What’s your background? Tell me your story.
I was born in Tennessee, and have now lived in 6 different states, with New York being the sixth one now. I grew up mostly in Houston really enjoying the typical suburban teen life. I moved to Chestnut Hill to study Econ and Marketing at Boston College. I wanted to bring my experience in retail and marketing along with my interest in the ad tech world to the SDR position at Jun Group.
Explain your job to a first grader.
I support the sales team by providing them with the necessary details they may need to build and maintain relationships with their clients all over the country.
How do you do your job differently?
I always start each day with a blank slate mentally. I then jot down what I want to work on at the end of a work day (to refresh myself the following day). I also try to set up meetings with colleagues if I hit a road-bump or would like to understand the context of my task at-hand.
What are you most passionate about?
I am most passionate about meeting seemingly different types of people and connecting over commonalities.
Elsid Aliaj- QA automation engineer
What’s your background? Tell me your story.
My background is that I was a general computer nerd from a wee age. That led to a job as a manual tester. While I was waiting for them to kick off a project, I started learning automation testing on my own, set up a framework, and started writing automated tests in a week. Now I’m happy to bring my talents to Jun Group!

How do you do your job differently?
I devote myself to excellence and going that extra step.
What are you most passionate about?
I’m most passionate about quality in everything, whether it be software like my job now or general day to day processes and products.
