Emma Schwartz, Strategy and Design Coordinator
What’s your background? Tell me your story.
I grew up in Pelham, New York, not far outside of New York City. With a degree in anthropology, I seek to understand why people do what they do and take a human-centric approach to problem solving. I previously worked for a study abroad program in Copenhagen, Denmark and then in Minneapolis on the North American side of operations. I am excited to now work with Jun Group and apply my strategic and creative mindset in a different industry.
Explain your job to a first grader.
I combine strategy and design to create ad campaigns.
How do you do your job differently?
I ask a lot of questions and always challenge myself to see other points of view (especially if they are in contrast to my own). I ask questions not only to gain answers, but also to spark original thought and important conversations as a team.
What are you most passionate about?
I love exploring new places, running, photography and meeting new people. Luckily, it’s pretty easy to combine all of these passions!
Jeeyoon Lim, Programmatic Coordinator
I grew up in the SF Bay Area and moved to NYC to attend New York University. As a musician, I’ve always had a passion for media and entertainment and was fortunate to have various internships in the industry throughout college. After graduating with a degree in business, I brought my interests together as I looked for the intersection of business, tech, and creativity – and found it in digital advertising.

Explain your job to a first grader.
I help in the process of telling stories about companies and their ads, using numbers!
How do you do your job differently?
I try my best to understand the reasoning and purpose (the “why”) behind everything I do – whether I’m performing smaller everyday tasks or spearheading a bigger project. It makes me focus and work harder.
What are you most passionate about?
As I get older, I find myself increasingly passionate about my family heritage. Being Korean American and raised in the states, I realize I have a lot to learn about the culture of my own family and ancestors. This curiosity translates over to my interest in other cultures as well!
Courtney Williams, Programmatic Trader
What’s your background? Tell me your story.
I’m from upstate NY and love it here! I graduated from Baruch in 2018 with a degree in Marketing Management. I have a background working in programmatic with small to mid-sized clients and am excited to bring this over to Jun Group!
Explain your job to a first grader.
I make advertising online easy.
How do you do your job differently?
I go in every day with an open mind. Things change quickly in the digital world, so it’s important to embrace change and consider it as an opportunity to learn and grow.
What are you most passionate about?
Learning! Learning can open so many new doors and allows you to challenge yourself. By being open to new ideas, I have picked up many new hobbies!
Diana Tsykunova, Software Tester
What’s your background? Tell me your story.
I was born and raised in Ukraine. Before I came to NY in 2014, I spent 2 years living in the Czech Republic and studying International Law. I got interested in technology around 2013 and after moving to the States, I continued my education at Hunter College, majoring in bioinformatics.
Explain your job to a first grader.
I test software to make sure it works as expected.
How do you do your job differently?
I am constantly learning new things and trying to find ways to apply my knowledge. The industry of information technology is changing every day, which is why I follow all news and updates to stay on track.
What are you most passionate about?
I am a huge math and science fan. In my free time I like solving math challenge problems and reading SciPop literature.
