Explain your job to a first grader.
I use strategy to design digital ad campaigns for brands & companies.
How do you do your job differently?
Joining the team virtually has been a unique experience that has challenged me to find new ways to collaborate with and learn from my team members. I think by approaching work collaboratively and being open and eager to learn, I’m able to grow and gain insight in my new role.
What are you most passionate about?
I’m passionate about all things art and design. Even though I no longer work in fashion, I love to stay updated on the industry and learn about new design trends.

What’s your background? Tell me your story.
I’m a man of many colors proud to represent the LGBTQ+ community as well as my multi-ethnic heritage including Creole, Norwegian and Salvadorean. Originally, I’m from South Dakota but I’ve lived in 7 different states. I’ve worked everywhere from boutique studios to Harper’s BAZAAR to AIGA and now Jun Group, where I started as a freelancer before joining full-time!
Explain your job to a first grader.
I help people find things they didn’t have access to before through color, shape, image and relationships.
How do you do your job differently?
I’ve always approached anything I work on as highly important– whether it was an essay, a passion project, or a photoshoot for a friend’s fashion collection. Now that I’m with Jun Group, this includes pre-sale mocks for an RFP or post-sale banners for Bubly.
What are you most passionate about?
I have many passions and they include typography, publication design, art history, fashion psychology, photography, thrifting, and yoga to name a few. I recently launched a social justice magazine called DONE that I’ve actually been preparing since college. I’m passionate about this magazine because it is giving a voice and a platform to marginalized communities.

What’s your background? Tell me your story.
I grew up in Queens, New York, and the subway was my playground at a young age. When the train would stop, we played this game where you had to run off and touch a garbage can before returning to the car. The loser would be left behind. You would think I became pretty fast because of this, but I actually became very good at waiting for trains by myself. Over the past couple of years, I have traveled quite a bit, worked with some cool companies, and graduated with a Master’s Degree from the University of Oregon.
Explain your job to a first grader.
I take complicated stories, make them simple, and find the right people to tell them to.
How do you do your job differently?
I try to marry my job with my personal interests. For example, a large bulk of my job is done in Photoshop, so I try to find personal projects that involve Photoshop. It’s like a double-dip in passion and profession.
What are you most passionate about?
I am passionate about Sunday mornings and iced coffee. On the side, I love writing, but I never have anything to write about, so if anyone has any ideas, let me know!
